At the end of the survey, you can make a decision to either accept a gift from us for your participation or we can make a contribution to a worthwhile cause in your name. Otherwise, a designation can be made donation to either a) the San Francisco Rotary Foundation for maintenance of the San Francisco Rotary Meadow at the UCSF Mount Sutro Open Space or b) to save Tropical Rainforests and Reefs through the Center for Ecosystem Survival at savenature.org.

If the charitable contribution is made to will be for $20. You decide.
